  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the IKU COLLECTIVE online store and the conditions of sale for products offered through the website.

By using the website or placing an order, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions.

If the User does not accept any part of these Terms and Conditions, they should stop using the website.

  1. DEFINITIONS

Store – the IKU COLLECTIVE online store.

Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit with legal capacity to enter into contracts, using the Store.

Product – goods offered for sale through the Store.

Order – a declaration of intent by the Customer to conclude a sales agreement for a Product.

  1. CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE STORE

Use of the Store requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser.

The Customer agrees to use the Store in accordance with applicable laws and good practices.

It is prohibited to take actions that may disrupt the functioning of the Store, compromise its security, or infringe on the rights of other users.

  1. PRODUCTS

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and information are accurate and reflect the actual condition of the Products.

The actual appearance of Products may slightly differ from the images due to monitor settings, device differences, or lighting conditions.

We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or limit the availability of any Product without prior notice.

  1. ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a Product.

After placing an order, the Customer will receive an email confirming its acceptance.

IKU COLLECTIVE reserves the right to refuse an order in case of technical errors, incorrect data, or other justified circumstances.

Order cancellation or modification may not always be possible after it has been placed.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices displayed in the Store are shown in the relevant currency and include VAT where required by applicable law.

Delivery costs are shown separately during checkout.

Payment must be made before order processing begins.

We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice.

  1. DELIVERY

Delivery times provided on the website are estimates only.

IKU COLLECTIVE is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The risk of loss or damage to the Product passes to the Customer upon delivery.

  1. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Return and complaint policies are governed by a separate Returns & Complaints Policy available on the Store’s website.

Customers within the European Union who qualify as consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with applicable law.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the IKU COLLECTIVE website, including but not limited to:

  • logo,

  • brand name,

  • product designs,

  • photographs,

  • graphics,

  • video materials,

  • texts,

  • visual identity elements,

is the property of IKU COLLECTIVE or is used under appropriate rights.

Copying, distributing, publishing, or using any of these materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

  1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users may not:

  • use the website for unlawful purposes,

  • infringe intellectual property rights,

  • upload malicious software,

  • disrupt the operation of the Store,

  • attempt unauthorized access to IT systems,

  • provide false information.

In the event of a violation of these rules, we may restrict or block access to the Store.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IKU COLLECTIVE shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or any other damages arising from the use of the Store.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits the rights of consumers under applicable law.

Rules regarding the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.

By using the Store, the Customer confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy.

  1. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

IKU COLLECTIVE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.

Changes come into effect once published on the website unless otherwise stated.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law and relevant European Union consumer protection regulations.
